Stephen Moss
Stephen B. Moss is a partner in Holland & Knight’s Fort Lauderdale office. Mr. Moss is a past Real Estate Section Leader of the firm. He practices in the areas of real property development law, hotel development and operations, title insurance and business law. In these areas his experience includes the representation of developers in complex transactions involving the hospitality industry, office and industrial parks, and a variety of other commercial projects, as well as providing general counsel to several companies.
Mr. Moss began the practice of law in 1971 following two years of active military service in the United States Army, including one year in Vietnam.
